Just curious to see what I would get, I put in the question about whether snot is a healthy snack into Google. Some people are offer hilarious, serious, biological advice. I was streaming with tears at the following:

I got my brand new Newtons a couple of weeks ago and wrote an initial review Newton Running Shoes: Run Faster and Better. I've since run with them several more times, including a long run, and have more to report.

1) I failed on my first long run.
I tested the shoes on a run of 30km at my normal pace. To my extreme dismay I could not finish the run!
